Description: Unique & useful reproduction anvil is made of rustic, durable cast iron. It's 3.5" tall, just under 8" long & 3" wide at the bottom (the top is about 2" wide). This features a brass plaque on the front that reads Smith & Wesson 1856 & a raised insignia on the back. Perfect for working with tiny jewelry findings & watch repair, it also makes an interesting paperweight or doorstop. This weighs a hefty 6 1/2 pounds! Due to the nature of cast iron, expect some blemishes, casting imperfections, etc... These are rusty so they might need to be rubbed down before use to avoid transfer. Taking off the rusting agent will not remove the built in patina. Important: Please note the dimensions listed as size cannot be determined based on pictures alone.
