Set of 7, all genuine Mint Never Hinged, full original gum, US vintage postage stamps, issued 1912 to 1918, all are Scott design type A140, all in nice clean sound condition, good for collecting or artwork. The Scott catalog numbers are 408, 409, 441, 481, 482, 486 & 490, included in this set are watermarked, unwatermarked, flat plate & rotary press printed stamps, great for learning these subtle but important differences in the stamps from this era. This is a starter set of some of the less expensive stamps from the famous Washington/ Franklin Set of US stamps that is a great fun challenge to identify all the different members of the set, by all the different designs, colors, perforation sizes, imperforates, watermarks, printing process, paper types, etc, etc. Photos are representative of the sets of stamps, individual stamps may be slightly different but all of equal quality to those shown.
