All prints are packaged, sealed & shipped in poster tubes or to protect during transition. There are times the tube may get bent during the transit or the coating on the posters are damaged due to rapid climate change. We will reship you a new one for free. ( Framed wall art will require individual investigation & we are likely to ask you to ship back the product to us due to its heavy cost before we will reship you a new one or refund.)
