We welcome you to message & ask for additional pics if needed No refunds! Plant Care: Requires Bright light, These plant likes stay moist but not wet Let dry out about 3-4 inches before watering. Remember these are guidelines & temp, location, pot type ,soil medium, how pot bound a plant is all factor into watering & plant care. Notes: If you need a heat pack, we offer this as a separate listing at $5 for 72 hours & $7 for 96 hours. Seller is not responsible for USPS delays or damage, I will work with you to submit a claim. Please purchase additional insurance if needed, usps priority covers up to $50. DISCLAIMER All live plant sales are final. If your plants arrive damaged or there is a problem with your order please send me a message with a photo of the original packaging including box & plant. We will now require a video to be sent to our email once you have notified us. These must be identifiable in the attached photo in your message. Buyer must contact me for problems concerning order within 12 hours after receiving the product. Please save original packaging material including the box if return of shipment is necessary. No refunds or replacements after the 12 hours has expired. Product costs will only be refunded if the product received was damaged beyond survivability of plant, i.e. a slightly wilted plant does NOT qualify as a damaged plant. Once given the proper care the plant will soon recover. If the problem is caused by me, the seller, we will also refund the cost of the return shipping. Your item & shipping refund, if necessary, will be deposited through the payment method you used. Shipping labels are automatically created from the information you have entered in the platform. Any shipping address errors will not be refunded. If the product is returned to us & still in good health, we can reship it at the customer's cost.
