Whimsy ... fun prints & crisp colors that are like a breath of fresh air! They blend easily with other fabrics but have enough punch to stand on their own. A little bit of Whimsy... something we all need! P&B Open in 1963 by Charles Prager & Irwin Bear. Mr. Bear became the sole owner in 1978. By 2018 P&B was still a family business of 3 generations. 2018 was the year P&B almost closed their doors. Along came Brand & Oppenheimer owns a suite of textile companies serving the military, tactical, commercial, apparel, industrial, bias bindings, trim, & specialty end items markets. Quilting cottons was a welcome addition to their portfolio. Thanks to Brand & Oppenheimer P&B is viable. It's not just the money part, it's the people part. They're behind us.
