This is a print of an original Watercolor Painting featuring the Garden Oaks Theater in Houston, Texas. Opened in 1947 on North Shepherd at 38th Street - it closed in the mid 90's & has been a church in recent years. Print image measures 5" x 7" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 6" x 8" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil. Fits nicely in to a 5" x 7" mat for framing in an 8" x 10" frame - or directly in to an 6" x 8" frame This is one of nearly 150 old Movie Theaters I've painted.
