This is a print of an original Watercolor Painting featuring the Garden Oaks Theater in Houston, Texas. Opened in 1947 on North Shepherd at 38th Street - it closed in the mid 90's & has been a church in recent years. Print image measures 8" x 10" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil. Fits nicely in to an 8" x 10" mat for framing in 11" x 14" frame - or directly in to an 8 1/2" x 11" frame This is one of nearly 150 old Movie Theaters I've painted.
