If you do not see a thickness advertised, the chances are pretty good you'll be receiving an extremely thin aluminum blank. I would not recommend anything less than .025" in thickness. Aluminum is a commodity & sold by weight. Some Etsy shops advertise extremely cheap prices & I know for a fact their aluminum in less than .025" thick. The blank should also have UV protection to prevent from fading. As in many things in life, you get what you pay for. Anyone advertising their aluminum blanks as made in the USA is NOT being 100% truthful. Their blanks may be cut in the USA BUT the aluminum is manufactured in China. The aluminum is painted, the UV protection & sublimation coating is applied in CHINA!
