Cross Stitch Family Portrait Details: This listing is for a custom, handmade cross stitch family/people portrait based on photos to be provided by you. Choose the number of characters in your portrait from the dropdown. Each adult, child & pet is one character. There is no cost to include a swaddled baby, small stuffed animal or a halo for a deceased loved one; you can request these items when I contact you to request your photo(s). One line of text is included, such as a surname & the year if desired, or a short quote or special phrase. Enter your preferred text in the "Add your personalisation" box. Your finished portrait will be framed in a round or oval shaped hoop, ready to hang on the wall. The size of hoop will depend on the number of characters; typically, between 4" to 7". You may also select a floral, heart or simple line embellishment below your text for an additional cost. Once purchased, I will contact you via email within 48 hours to request your photo(s) & additional details. You may wish to send one photo of all characters or multiple photos. Be sure each character's outfit, hairstyle, & height in relation to the other characters is clear in the photo(s). I will provide a digital image of the design for review & will make one revision based on your review before I begin stitching. Additional revisions would be at an extra charge but are not typically required. Once you've approved your design, I'll begin stitching your order. Portraits take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, not including shipping time. Depending on your position in the queue your order may ship sooner. Shipping with tracking is included, but specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Orders are carefully packaged; I am not responsible in the rare case that damage occurs during shipping. Due to the custom nature of these portraits, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
