This sunflower wind spinner is cut from steel & comes with a swivel hook. It measures approximately 12". This listing is for the sunflower wind spinner, & options of another smaller piece added to the bottom of this for a nice look. Please see my other listings for more options. Note: Raw steel will be unfinished with no protective coat applied. If left unprotected, it will develop a nice rust patina over time. You can spray paint it or apply clear coat to protect it if you wish. There are great options of paint & clear coat that are UV resistant & will withstand the outdoor elements well.
