The fabric is a super soft poly/combed cotton blend, which is lightweight & semi-sheer. Youth size, but can also fit a petite woman - see measurements below. Measurements & Condition: Fits like: Labeled size 12 (youth sized), can fit women's XXS to petite XS Fabric: Poly/combed cotton Brand: Official Girl Scouts Condition: Very good, with very faint yellowing in the underarms, a couple 1/4" faint yellow spots on the lower front next to the bottom button, & some tiny speckled orange spots across the upper back/a couple on the lower back.
