This trim is tablet woven & made from wool. The pattern is based on the archaeological find from Ketilsstaðir, Island, 10th c. It is known as "Lady in Blue" find or "Bláklædda Konan". Such a trim will make a perfect addition to scandinavian early medieval costume.
