The creator of this icon has learned the canonization of iconography in workshops of the Monasteries of Mount Athos, where he was taught both the technique of lithography & the process of handmade artificial ageing. Commemorated on July 7th. Agia Kyriaki was the daughter of Dorotheos & Eusebia. They were childless & begged God to give them a child. Indeed, God prospered, & this Christian couple had a child. She was born on a Sunday, which is why it was named Sunday/Kyriaki. Can be hung on a wall or placed on a flat surface. The item is sold without the stand depicted.
