Description: 1990s floral print skirt. Two layers of rayon chiffon - a solid black lining & a floral exterior. Back button & hidden nylon zipper. Semi-sheer. Condition: in good condition, with no holes or stains. It has some stitch marks along the waist where someone folded the waistband over & stitched it. It has a few small runs.
