Witchy shaker noisemaker. Original wooden handle. Small hole at the front top. You see this a lot with these type of noisemakers. Kirchhof also made ratchet designs with these as well & often you'll see these shakers have the hole in the front. The ratchets would have a wooden handle that would fit the hole. It's possibly it wasn't until the finial production that it was decided this noisemaker would be a shaker. Marked, "Kirchhof Newark, N.J. Made in U.S.A." Measurements - Witches head measures 4" diameter. 1" depth. 6 1/2" length to tip of the wooden handle. Minor wear to the front. Including scratches/scuffs/paint loss. Thanks for looking!
