Cas Walker Cost Cutter was a local legend from the coal country of Appalachia. He had his own discount store chain & was the Mayor of Knoxville. He hosted an early morning TV show that gave Dolly Parton her start in show biz. ol' Cas, a local legend in the southeast, his slogan was, "you can beat our prices, but you can't beat our meats," he had an early morning tv show in the 70's & dolly got her start there. the blocks have been destroyed & only a few prints remain, Hand printed letterpress from carved blocks on recycled card stock.
