A waterproof lined poncho can simplify outings for children & adults in wheelchairs. If you or your loved one has struggled to stay warm & dry while traveling in a wheelchair, this poncho could be just what they need to make their life easier & to keep them warm & cozy & dry. The outer layer of our waterproof wheelchair ponchos are made from PUL, a soft, breathable, American made blend of polyester & polyurethane fabric. Choose from gray, navy, royal blue, violet, or red PUL for your poncho. Your poncho will be lined with one layer of tan lightweight fabric that will feel cozy & soft against the body. A generous size hood is sure to keep your head & hair dry, no matter the weather. Choose a full length back for your poncho or a cropped back depending on whether you prefer to drape the poncho over the back of the wheelchair or tuck it behind your back. You will appreciate the two way zipper in this poncho that can be opened from the top & bottom. This allows the wearer to adjust his or her comfort level without having to completely remove the poncho. You can see the fabrics that I have in stock by looking at the photo in this listing. You will need to choose one of four colors for your poncho: gray, navy, royal blue, or red. Please contact me if you need a custom length for your poncho. Additional charges may apply for longer lengths. Waterproof ponchos are also available with a fleece lining if you need a poncho that is warmer.
