Yerba mate is an invigorating herb that is used six to one over coffee in Central & South America, specifically in Argentina, Paraguay, Uraguay & Southern Brazil. It's rich tradition is full of beautiful folklore & is known to have been bestowed upon the indigenous people "by the gods." It's traditionally believed to increase longevity & was used in many remedies. You can easily grow these indoors by sunny windows & in greenhouses that remain above freezing temperatures. :) All of my plants are grown without the use of pesticides & are also non-GMO.
