MOVADO Travel Watch with Alarm. No Case. Made into Unique Wrist Watch. Runs / Works. Circa 1950s Swiss Manual Wind. 40mm x 35mm This is such a cool & unusual watch. Please be sure to view all of the photos, as they explain this timepiece better than my words can. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: This would have originally been in a case (If you are not sure what these normally look like, please do a search of "Movado Ermeto" & you will see. This was made into a wristwatch by someone "aftermarket". The placement of the 12:00 when wearing the watch (photo #2) The crystal has a few scratches, see photo #3 Expected wear & tear on the metal Movement: Swiss (marked). Research shows that these were 15 or 17 Jewel movements. We did not open this, as it is a bit more complicated than most watches. Easel back allows for use on a table or desk. The alarm works, you set it with the button on the left, & leave it UP to turn on the alarm. The power for the alarm is from the manual wind of the watch. It's a short alarm, with a buzzing noise.
