All of our items are made-to-order with 3D-printers, so we can make as many as you need. - IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR MINIATURES PRINTED AT 28mm SCALE - send us a message as soon as you place your order, & we will be happy to adjust the scaling to fit your needs. If you would like your miniatures printed at any scale BESIDES 32mm or 28mm, send us a message BEFORE making your purchase to make sure that we can accommodate your request appropriately. - All of our miniatures are printed with grey colored resin. The display images on our listings are 3D renders used to best demonstrate the designs of the models, but do not reflect the actual color(s) of the product. Many of our models require minor assembly & contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard. NONE of our products should be given to small children. All of our prints are made with a high quality resin mix & are carefully washed, cured, & touched up with the utmost detail in order to give you a high-quality product. However, minor imperfections may occur such as small pieces of supports remaining (which are easily removed with tweezers), or small blemishes (which are usually concealed during the painting process). - It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen & the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping. Similarly, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as "Delivered" to your address & it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS. - STLPrintShop is officially licensed to sell physical prints of Papsikels models.
