A set of silicone veiners & plastic cutters that is used to create a Cambria orchid. These tools are suitable for work with any type of polymer clay (and gumpaste, for non-edible flowers). Cutters - plastic tools, similar to cookie cutters, used to cut shapes from clay. Veiners - double-sided silicone tools used to imprint the texture of a petal or a leaf. Molds - silicone tools used to create a three-dimensional object (flower middles, buds, berries, etc.) in my store you can choose whether you order only veiners, only cutters or a full set (veiners + cutters). MagicflowersAD tools are made using quality materials with the help of professional equipment. Veiners are NOT cast from food grade silicone. Veiners can withstand oven temperatures for up to 200oC for short amount of time. Molds & veiners can be frozen for an unlimited amount of times. Molds, veiners & cutters can be washed with a soapy water or dishwashing liquid. These tools will be perfect for you, if you are creating realistic flowers. All veiners are cast from live flowers with fresh realistic texture. Cutters are made from food grade plastic. They perfectly copy veiners outline. Cutter's size is a bit smaller than veiners, to help you create a realistic edge. To make it easier for you to make flowers, cutters of leaves & some petals have a longer stem than a veiner & can stick out of it! Intermediate hardness silicone is used to make the majority of the veiners. It gives a clear imprint on the clay without tearing it in defined veins. For molds, that require freezing, soft silicone is used, that can be turned inside out. Silicone & plastic color may differ. While the veiners in the product photos are made from white silicone to clearly showcase the intricate patterns, your ordered tools will be crafted from semi-translucent silicone. This may give the veiners a slightly smoother appearance, but the imprint they create on the clay will remain remarkably clear, just like in the photos.
