Choice #2: RED HEELER comes with a ruby stain background; "Welcome" is done with vinyl black lettering; topped off with a bandanna out of fabric with tie dye paw prints & bones on black background. Choice #3: BLUE HEELER comes with a gray blue distressed painted background with black & tan points; "Welcome" is done with vinyl black lettering; topped off with a bandanna out of our gray/black buffalo check fabric with white paw prints. RETURNS: (Custom orders cannot be returned) If you purchased an already made dog/cat door hanger & are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know you are returning the item. The item must be shipped back in the original box with packing materials for safe shipping within 7 days of delivery with USPS Ground Advantage & a tracking number. Please take a photo of the tracking number & send it to us through Etsy messages. Once received we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
