This very very small badge is from Pocomoke Maryland, signifying membership in the Pocomoke Junior Chamber of Commerce (CoC). It's so tiny it was hard to photograph - the badge shape is a wee 3/8" x 1/2". The back is a bolt (NOT a pin) that would go through some kind of hole in a lapel or other clothing - & it fastens with the round screw-on back piece.
