This piece is a must for any kitchen. I use mine for avocados as I always seem to have some out on my counter ripening & some in my refrigerator once they are ripe. I use 2 different drill bits to drill the holes in the leather hard stage of the pottery making. It takes about an hour just to drill the holes for each fruit bowl...the elegant results make it all worth it.
