Each shoe has three butterflies on the outside panel & two butterflies on the inside panel. The Nike Air embroidery on both heels are hand painted pink to match the butterflies gliding across both shoes. This detail brings the design together to create a stunning hand crafted, cohesive piece. Butterflies are made of an industrial composite material, not painted. We buy each pair of shoes BRAND NEW.
