OK, so I bumped into a group of women's blazers, all from the same estate, all from around 1946! This is the third of the group. & it's more like a jacket or heavier blazer. It's GORGEOUS. Custom tailored for Mrs. Samuel Kyle (I'm pretty positive, as these all came together in a group). See the other listings for more info on that! :) No size tag of course, measured Size 18" pit to pit laid flat. Color is a deep purple base with fine yellow & sky blue fibers... & dark pink speckles. It's fantastic. No material tag but it simply must be wool blend from the period, feel & smell. FOUR button front, no pockets, HUGE collar, fully satin lined. Side slit cuffs. Flared at the hips. Like the rest in the group, the tailoring on this is absolutely superb & a joy to behold & study. It's in pristine condition inside & out & smoke free.
