The decks each have their 52 cards with the 2 extra cards that you could use as the "Joker" cards. These have a 4th of July motif. One deck has a little boy carrying the American Flag with Jessie Willcox Smith under him. The other deck has a drum & ribbons with "Three cheers for the Red, White & Blue"!. These cards have all been inspected & they are in wonderful condition with no rips, tears, bent edges or other issues. The cards really look unused or at most gently used. The boxes are also in great condition & have a velvet like material. Label on the back states: Congress Playing Cards Printed in Spain. Please check all the photos to see exact condition.
