This is the unit crest of the 103rd Field Artillery Brigade. The unit motto is printed in yellow across the bottom & reads, "Fight To Win." Just above the motto a triangle with wavy bars visually represents water & an island to show the unit's World War II service in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater. The white seven pointed star, from the Australian flag, shows service in Australian Territory, The yellow stars are for service in the Guadalcanal & New Guinea Campaigns with the arrowheads for assault landings.
