Neptune tugboat in a quite good condition, excellent paint in all parts. It is supposed to have 4 functions (mystery & shake action, whistle, light & chug - chug noise). One tire bumper is missing & the headlight on the top. Excellent item for display, ideal for shipping agents or people with special preferance to boats!!
