Sweet dinner or servants bell which I believe to be silverplated because the vines & leaves on the handle are carved something that wasn't done on just coated metal. It would make a great accessory for a Victorian style home or on a desk. It is 4 inches tall & 1.75 inches wide at the base. There are no markings on the piece, & it does show wear on the inside where the ringer is but that is to be expected of a piece with this purpose & age.
