Pick your hometown / home city necklace created & finished by hand in sterling silver or 14k gold fill. Selection can be made from the drop down menu. All 50 states are available with the option to add a heart over a city of your choice. Charm measures 1/2" (12.5mm) & includes a cable chain in your choice of length (16"-20"). IMPORTANT: Please leave me a note at checkout with the state you would like & city if you would like an optional heart placed over (example: Philadelphia, PA). Please keep in mind these charms are very small (1/2") & while I do my best to place the heart as close as possible to the city, it will not be an exact placement as this process is done by hand, not machine.
