Each patch is checked for quality before shipping. Sewing or gluing is recommended. SHIPPING & RETURNS DOMESTIC SHIPPING Patches ship twice & sometimes three times a week. An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped. All orders are shipped US Postal Service first class mail. We base our delivery estimates on information provided by their website. We all count on the post office to get your package delivered on time. Once mailed, first class domestic orders take 2-5 business days for delivery. Priority is 2-3 business days. I will be sure to get your package shipped within the promised time frame, but once it is in the postal service's hands I no longer have any control on the delivery time or lost items. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped. Orders to Canada are estimated to take between 8-11 days. All other international orders are estimated to take about 2 weeks but my experience is that most patches arrive within 7 days. Envelopes sent to nearly all countries in Africa can take 6 weeks to 3 months for delivery. Please, if you live in Africa, order well in advance before your departure date. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery, but I do my best to respond to your order requests. CUSTOMS FEES: You, the customer are responsible to research ahead & be aware of any customs VAT fees, taxes, duties etc. that may occur related to your order. We have no control over the charges individual countries place on an item when it enters your country. These charges are unrelated to our production & shipping costs & will be your responsibility to pay on the receiving end. If there is a delivery glitch & your item is lost, I will be happy to replace it at no charge as long as the tracking information does not show a status of "delivered". The postal service defines an item as "lost" if there is no activity on the tracking number for 3 weeks (in the U.S.) or 8 weeks for international packages. If an envelope is returned to me, I will forward to the correct address at no cost to you. DAMAGED PACKAGE/PACKAGE ISSUE If for some reason you receive your package & it is damaged or you have a concern, please take a photo to document & contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package.
