This is a vintage pair of small, oval, Italian, Florentine, framed prints. They are unmarked, but known to be made in Italy & measure 1 x 5.25 x 6.25 inches with a picture opening of 3 x4 inches. They are a matching set with different reproduction prints of famous paintings covered in glass. The oval frames are made of a molded composite with a smooth, white, inner lining & a gold-gilt, sculptural, outer edge. They are lined on the back with traditional, red velvet & brass hook. If you would like to place your own picture in the frames you probably could do that. The frames show wear with scratches & missing gilt as well as the gold not as bright as it once was. Also the red, velvet lining is quite soiled, but no one will see that. They are being sold as a set only. Please be sure before purchasing as this item is NOT RETURNABLE.
