This simple but timeless 2 piece primitive stepback hutch came from a Dairy farmhouse in Pennsylvania. I believe this to be from the late 1800's due to its construction & details. At some point this was painted mustard yellow & green which I have stripped away as much as possible to retain it original charm . The back is tongue & grove . This hutch is sturdy & strong, it shows years of use that only adds to its warmth image the stories this cupboard could tell.
