Description
This bank is handcrafted by the seller using an antique bronze US Post Office Box Door that circa 1960. The door has been cleaned, lacquered, & lubricated & is in working order. When possible, we use original glass & original numbers which sometimes show their age. This bank has the original glass & original numbers. Numbers will vary. The door is mounted in a handcrafted case made from red oak which measures 12 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 7 1/2" & is finished with three coats of spar urethane. Instead of our usual brass plaque, the top has a large slot to accept cards at weddings. The combination is provided on a removable card mounted on the bottom of the bank.
