Description
This was a photograph I took in Arizona. I've always been drawn to desert flora & I loved the way these palm trees framed the sky & pink clouds behind it. This is printed on a Risograph using three colors: Blue, Sunflower, & Fluorescent Pink. Risograph printing is sort of like a screen printing machine. It prints each color as separate layers, one at a time, with soy ink. The result is super bright colors & interesting overlays, but there's also a level of unpredictability with the process. Each print can be slightly unique, but that's part of the charm of the Risograph. It is printed on white Neenah 67lb. Vellum Bristol 11"x17" paper stock. Each print is signed & editioned.
