1 3/4 X 1 3/4" & 1/4" thick. Very fancy & well made. It has glass & underneath looks like blue enamel with gold decoration. Very good condition. I would guess it is from mid 1960s or older. The tape pulls out to four feet. I could not find another on the internet or past auctions!
