Small pamphlet from FASC creations included. Vase is in beautiful vintage condition with no damage. Shape & glaze are irregular on purpose, please see pictures for details. Measures 4 1/4" in diameter at the bottom, 2" in diameter at the top, 10" tall. I do my best to accurately represent the color of my images, but due to inconsistencies in monitor adjustments there might be a slight shift in hue between photos on your computer & the actual item.
