A vintage children's traveling basket case by Miami Hand Arts of Miami, Florida/with 1923 2 Million Mark General issue stamp issued by Germany during hyperinflation in the Weinmar Republic, a Deuche 16 penning Post 1946/1948 Germany, Allied Control postage stamp, Hungarian Magyarorszac stamp (please keep in mind that these are located on the handle & all are not in nearly collector state, they are merely a novelty). Material oak, lining plastic. in fair to good condition. Fading of decorative paint, notably in heavily used areas/handle. All screws & metal attaching devices firmly in place/no loose movements. Handle firmly in place, no loose movements. Lids securely in place, open & close as intended. Does have scratches & scuff marks on to wood throughout entire body, none harsh. Notable fading of lacquer on lid/pale areas. Body has tearing of weave, notably on side on "New York"/not in a manner as to undue weaving. Bottom has notable wear. Inside plastic free of any tears. Rim of plastic on "London" side has tear/does not have the ability to extend to inner lining. Rim is rolled securely. Inner plastic lining does have staining. Inner plastic lining has a mild scent/not unpleasant (as if makeup had been kept there at one time, but scent is not a perfume, rather a pleasant-like mild powder & or a lipstick. Piece looks & feels clean.
