There is a 20 maraca minimum per order. Tags are not included but can be purchased separately in my shop. We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY. Just send me a message letting me know how many pieces you'll be ordering & send me your shipping address so I can get a shipping quote for you. Do keep in mind that shipping internationally is very expensive. I ship via Fedex & packages take between 5-10 days to arrive, & may be longer if they get stuck in customs, so please order with plenty of time. Thank you!
