Michigan Petoskey Stones Each of these Petoskey stones have been left in the shape that the lake tumbled them in, & then polished. The Petoskey stone is made of fossilized coral so each & every one is different. All of the Stones came off of the shorelines of Lake Michigan. The base of each knob/drawer pull is antique bronze & comes with a standard cabinet screw. The stone is epoxied to the metal base. The Petoskey is Michigans state stone.
