(place in a plastic bag before freezing) heat - When heating in the microwave - warm in 30 second intervals until desired warmth. CAUTION: MAY BE HOT Cleaning Instructions: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Do not allow the filling to get wet. The aroma given off by your bag will diminish over time, however you can revive the scent by adding a few drops of essential oil after heating.
