Red Rectangular Toffee Tin Made in England by Hudson, Scott & Son. This has an attached hinged lid & is lockable however no key is present. This is decorated with gold details & the top has a image of The Red Boy, or Master Lambton which was a popular name for a portrait made in 1825 by Sir Thomas Lawrence. It is officially entitled with the name of its subject, Charles William Lambton, who was the elder son of John Lambton who was a British Whig statesman, colonial administrator, Governor General & high commissioner of British North America. This tin has age appropriate wear & a slight ding to the to corner as seen in the photo 8. The lid is aligned & opens & closed properly. No holes are present in the metal.
