I grew up in Florida. Panama City to be exact. We didn't have flamingos in PC but they decorated many yards & were featured in many landscapes. & Hibiscus flowers? Everywhere. So, when Facebook brought me back together with one of my childhood friends, eventually my walking sticks became a topic between us. Seems Patty was like the rest of us 60-somethngs: showing wear & feeling pain. She told me her favorite things & her mom's favorite things. I went to work & ended up with a very colorful stick.
