OK, so I bumped into a group of women's blazers, all from the same estate, all from around 1946! This is the second of the group. This is a Vintage Custom Tailored Suit Coat with Peak Lapels, fantastic 'opening' front, styled floral buttons with a rhinestone (?) center. No size tag of course, measured Size 19.5" pit to pit laid flat. Color is a fine heathered gray with a little brown & white in the weave. No material tag but it simply must be wool from the feel & smell. Four button front, two slanted welted pockets, superb collarless design (image wearing this around in the late 1940's no chest pocket, fully satin lined. Does not have padded shoulders. Like the first one, the tailoring on this is absolutely superb & a joy to behold & study. It's in pristine condition inside & out & smoke free.
