If you order ARTIST CHOICE please provide as much information as you can in the personalization box, or via email so that we can use your info to create a design for you. Feel free to send us pictures, fonts or ideas via email if you feel that will help us with your vision. NO PROOF will be provided with tis option. TIA 2b. If you order CUSTOM DESIGN, it is so important that you keep in touch with us to prevent delay of your order. We communicate via email so PLEASE check them often. We will not issue refunds for failure to communicate. If it comes time to ship your order & we can not connect with you we will have to choose your artwork for you.
