Also available in Metal or Canvas Print. / PLEASE SEE DETAILS: "POSTERS" are made from a special architectural drafting paper- an affordable way to print HUGE prints. The other smaller sizes of "prints" listed are made with thicker art paper- all papers are fine matte & printed with the highest quality inks. - Large prints & POSTERS ship rolled in a tube within 1-2 business days, unless they are marked "made-to-order" in which case they will ship within 4-6 days after printing is complete. Several large prints are only available as "made-to-order" due to the cost of printing- thank you for your patience! - Local Portland pickup for medium-large sizes prints is encouraged. Please include a note at checkout if you'd like to pick-up instead of have shipped. - METAL & CANVAS PRINTS ARE AVAILABLE BY CUSTOM ORDER- SEE THE "CUSTOM METAL+CANVAS++" SHOP SECTION. - Magnetic Wood Snap Rails sold separately, select a "solo print" or purchase "with rails" in the drop down menu. - 4x4 & 5x7 prints have a white border. - 12x12 & 2x16 (11x14) prints have a white border. These Prints can fit in a 12x16 Frame or an 11x14 Frame with the white border trimmed off. They also work in a 16x20 Frame with a matte which is standard size cut to 11x14. - 16x20 prints & larger PRINTS do NOT have a white border UNLESS REQUESTED. - POSTERS have a white border. A: My posters are printed on an architectural drafting paper, & affordable way to print huge! The prints are a thicker matte photo paper. Posters can be framed with glass frames by buyers- you can select to purchase posters solo or with rails. Q: What is the difference between PIxELS & FILM GRAIN? - A: Film grain is a tangible aspect of film, it's literally the tiny bits that make up the film. Think of it like sand that makes up glass. Tiny grains of sand make a sheet of glass, just like tiny grains of film make up the whole negative. -Pixels are a digital fabrication that represent space on a digital screen emitting light in patterns to represent images. Pixels can be blown up for large print but sometimes the translation is too big & it stretches the digital pixels across the paper- making the print look pixelated. Film grain cannot be stretched, it only becomes more visible if you print larger. Some of my film images from dark rainy days will show tiny grains when blown up, like little bits of sand - it's kinda magical to see. Q: What are METAL PRINTS?
