During checkout, please use Usps Priority Mail. It is recommended because it has insurance on packages. Parcel Select does NOT. Packages stolen from porch are NOT covered. If you package says 'Delivered' according to tracking update, but it's not in your mailbox or porch; you must contact your local post office right away to find package. The post master will be able to help and/or locate the driver. WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP? Since each item is handmade, sometimes I need to order supplies. When they arrive, I can get started. Typically, I can ship items within 3-5 business days not including weekends. During my busy seasons it may ship 1-2 weeks after purchase date. I do strive to get orders out as soon as possible.
