This Common Goldeneye in hand painted stoneware is part of the Gustavsberg series archipelago , produced in the 1980:s & designed by Paul Hoff. Paul Hoff is famous for his sculpture of Swedish wild life Signed in the bottom Perfect condition. Height: 5.5 cm / 2.2" Width: 9 cm / 3.5" Paul Edvard Hoff, ceramist, designer & artist born December 11, 1945. He is educated at Stockholm University in 1962-63 & at HKS 1963-69, then employed as designer & designer at Gustavsbergs Porcelain Factory until 1974. From 1972 he also worked with Design for Kosta Glasbruk & in 1981 he founded his own company "Paul Hoff Design" in Transjö. He also has assignments for both Gustavsberg & Rörstrand until 1992 when he turns into working as a freelance.
