If you see your package is at a standstill in shipping, please message us & let us know & we can file a missing package inquiry & see if that will move things along. Once it leaves our hands & goes into the hands of USPS & FedEx, we cannot control what happens after that. If your package gets damaged in shipping, please message us & we can either remake the piece for you or give you a 50% refund on the piece. You will need to supply pictures of the damaged piece (full pictures & upclose) as well as pictures of the packaging so we can file a claim through USPS or Fedex. We do our very best to pack the pieces in the best & saftest manner to get them to you & add several fragile stickers, but unfortunately sometimes the delivery person is not the easiest on the packages.
